This workshop is an exploration of natural, ground-based human movement. We’ll crawl, squat, hinge, rotate, transition, and play - rebuilding strength, mobility and coordination through patterns your body already understands.
Expect a blend of mobility work, controlled strength, animal-inspired locomotion, and breath-led movement The focus is not on performance or aesthetics, but on skill, awareness and resilience. You’ll move slowly enough to build control, dynamically enough to build heat, and intentionally enough to leave feeling grounded rather than depleted.
Suitable for all levels, with clear progressions and regressions offered throughout. Come curious, ready to explore, and prepared to reconnect with what your body is capable of!
